Please Note: There is a minimum required circulation time of six to eight weeks from the date of receiving the application. Hearing dates are assigned at the discretion of the Secretary-Treasurer.

Exceptions to Filing Deadlines will not be made.

Fees: Consent application submission fees for residential properties are $2,530.00 plus $20.00 for each sign. An additional $790.00 is required for each new residential lot which is created. $3,800.00 per half hectare or part thereof is charged for the conveyance of industrial, commercial, or institutional lots. The establishment of an easement, mortgage, lease, etc is $2,640.00.

Application fees are collected, reduced, or waived in accordance with the provisions of Section 69 of the Planning Act.

Drawing Requirements:

• Reference Plans clearly marked showing the subject and retained parcels (Please see Section 18 of the Consent Application Form for plan requirements). Lot areas and lot frontages for each individual Part must be included on all plans.
• Reduced 11" X 17" copies of each plan must also be submitted.
