Fees: Variance fees for residential applications are $1,400.00, $1,600.00 for Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Apartment and Condominium applications, and $3,670 plus $760 per unit or lot for Draft Plans. $20.00 is also collected for each sign provided.
Application fees are collected, reduced, or waived in accordance with the provisions of Section 69 of the Planning Act.
Drawing Requirements:
- Full-sized plan of survey
- Full-sized Site Plan and Elevations
- Reduced 11" X 17" copies of all plans must be submitted
