BUTTONVILLE WOMEN'S INSTITUTE
The Buttonville Women's Institute is located at 8931 Woodbine Avenue. It consists of one hall available for rentals. Capacity is 75.

OLD UNIONVILLE LIBRARY COMMUNITY CENTRE
The Old Unionville Library Community Centre is located at 15 Library Lane, Unionville. It has two community halls rooms with capacities of 40 and 50 respectively and is licensed under the AGCO (formerly the LLBO).

UNIONVILLE TRAIN STATION
On October 1, 1978, the Town entered into a lease agreement with the Canadian National Railway Companyfor use of the railway lands. In the late 1980s, the town restored the Unionville Train Station at an approximate cost of $90,000, of which $45,350 was a grant received from the Ministry of Culture and Communications under the Ministry's Community Facilities Improvement Grant program.
On October 12, 1993, the Town received notice that the Secretary of State and Minister of Communications, upon the recommendation of the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada, designated the Unionville Railway Station as a heritage railway station under the terms of the Heritage Railways Protection Act. According to the Act, such designated heritage railway stations cannot be altered or disposed of in any way without the authorization of the Governor in Council.
The Town of Markham's purchase of 7 Station Lane from the Canadian National Railway Company was completed on November 25, 1993. The Train Station was occupied by the Markham Board of Trade until January 1995, and was also tenanted at one time by the Olympic Bid Committee.
The Town's Recreation Services Department has been operating the Unionville Train Station as a satellite community centre since September 1995.

WARDEN HOUSE COMMUNITY CENTRE
Warden House Community Centre is a heritage home located at 8840 Warden Avenue in Unionville. It is licensed under the AGCO (formerly the LLBO) and is suitable for groups of 50 or less.
