 Fast Track Registration |
Town of Markham Recreation Services Department is pleased to provide our customers with the automated Fast Track Registration System for all courses listed on the Recreation Guide with a Course Barcode Number.
 |
If you do not know your Account Pin Number and Client Barcode Number, call our office at 905-475-4731 and speak to a Customer Service Representative. |
 |
If you have registered for a program with us in the past, each family will have an Account Pin and each family member will have a unique Client Barcode Number. |
 |
Account PIN and Client Code Numbers can be found on all receipts for programs registered through Markham Recreation Services. |
 |
If you have not registered with us in the past, please call and we will be happy to provide one for you. Once you have your account numbers, please follow the easy Fast Track Steps. |

| Easy steps to access the Fast Track line |

1. Have available your Client Barcode Number, your Account Pin, the Course Barcode, and your VISA or MasterCard number and expiry date. If you do not have a credit card but wish to use the FAST TRACK system, a payment must be made to your family account in advance of registering. The funds on account must cover the total amount of all registrations. |

2. Call 905-475-4867 and follow the automated instructions.
3. The Fast Track line will confirm that the information you entered matches our records. |

4. Key in the Course Barcode Number of the program you wish to enroll in. Careful: Fast Track will only register clients for courses who meet the age requirements listed in the guide.
5. Continue to follow the provided instructions for each program and/or family member you wish to register.

6. Write down the confirmation number for each program for which you have registered. |

7. Once your selection(s) is/are complete you must enter your credit card number and expiry date to process your payment and complete the transaction. You are now registered! A receipt will be mailed to you.
Please note: If your call ends for any reason before making a payment (including pressing "0" to reach a Customer Service Representative), your registrations and confirmation numbers will be voided. You must begin the registration process again.
You may only register/withdraw using the FastTrack up to two days prior to a course start date; afterwards you must submit a form.
If you or your child has special needs, and you require a volunteer, please contact us at least four weeks prior to the start of the program. |

Please call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 905-475-4731 during business hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) for assistance or press "0" when prompted while using the Fast Track line. (This will nullify your registrations made during this call).
