20 Minute Makeover - As part of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) initiative involving municipalities, businesses and organizations, the 20-Minute Makeover asks employees, students and citizens to get outside to pick up litter around workplaces, parks, schools and neighbourhoods. Spring NO TAG DAYS begin. Markham has a 3-bag garbage limit. Extra bags of garbage require a garbage tag. On no tag days you can place out extra bags of garbage without the required tags. Extra tags are available at all Markham Recycling Depots. Please follow your waste collection schedule for no tag days in your area. |
