Active Alliance Partner - Ville de Laval, Quebec (Laval Technopole)

Province of QuebecThe Town of Markham and Ville de Laval, Quebec entered into an economic cooperation agreement on April 30, 1996. They became Twin Cities in 2003 so they could share knowledge of Information Technology development and innovation.
