Location: East of Town Centre Boulevard, west of Warden Avenue, and south of Apple Creek Boulevard.

Status of Development: Completed in 1985. Addition added in 2001.

Total Land Area: 7.1 hectares
Program: attended by students throughout York Region for its Arts York program.

Location: West side of Main Street, South Unionville, South of Hwy. 7 and north of Unionville Gate.

Status of Development: Phase 1 Completed - occupancy Fall 2008

Total Land Area: 12.4 hectares (including Valley land). Phase 1 - approximately 21,000m². Approximately 1,500 students at capacity.
Program: Emphasis on healthy, active living for students across York Region, includes 3 fields and outdoor running track.
