Markham Bylaw Enforcement Officers (Provincial Offences Officers) provide proactive enforcement services for all the Town's regulatory and licensing bylaws; except the Building Code. This division is also responsible for Enforcement of Parking Control.

As well as the formal complaints, staff also resolve a large number of issues over the phone, or at the counter, by providing details related to regulations and licensing.
