Reassessment
During the month of September 2011, the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC), sent an assessment notice to all property owners in the Town of Markham. The notice showed the assessed value of your property for 2009 to 2012 taxation purposes. This notice represents the value of your property as at January 1, 2008.

Markham's Property Assessment Information Office
To serve you better, we have created an Assessment Information Office to provide residents and business owners with property assessment information and general assistance. The office is located at the Markham Civic Centre during regular office hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
