There are 4 ways to register for a recreational program with the Town of Markham. EZ Reg Internet Registration and Fast Track Telephone Systems are your fastest options and you'll receive immediate confirmation.

To register online or by phone you will need a Client Barcode and Account PIN. If you do not have this information, please call the Contact Centre at 905-475-4731 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

Program Registration Form

Program Registration Form (205k/1p) - This application is required if you are planning to register either by mail or by drop box.

What you need to get started

• Log on to EZ Reg

Confirmation

• Successful registration and waitlists will be detailed on your confirmation/receipt
• Please print your receipt for your records. Receipts will not be mailed.

Touch Tone Phone Registration (Fast Track)

What you need to get started

• Client Barcode(s)
• Account PIN
• Course Barcode(s)
• Visa/MasterCard/Amex # with valid expiry date

Register for a program

• Call 905-475-4867 and follow the voice prompt instructions

Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation number for each program you have registered for
• Confirmation numbers are only valid once you have made a payment
• Receipts and confirmations will be mailed out to you within 3 weeks of your registration

Fax

What you need to get started

• Completed Registration Form (Program Registration Form can be found on the top of this page)
• VISA/MasterCard/Amex# with valid expiry date

Register for a program

• Fax you completed Registration Form to 905-479-7767 (any time prior to Drop Box deadline)

Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation of your placement within a program or on a waitlist by mail, within 3 weeks of registration

• Cheque made payable to the Town of Markham or VISA/MasterCard/Amex or Cash (during office hours only) (do NOT mail cash!)
• No postdated cheques
