Markham operates four community recycling depots. The recycling depots accept more than just Blue Box recyclable's for drop off. We also sell Blue Boxes, Green Bins, kitchen containers and apartment recycling bags. We welcome Markham residents to pay us a visit.

How to get a Blue Box, Green Bin or Kitchen Container

Blue Boxes, Green Bins, Kitchen Collectors and Blue Apartment Recycling Bags can be purchased at all Markham Recycling Depots. Broken or damaged Blue Boxes and Green Bins can also be exchanged free of charge at the Depots.

Starting January 1, 2012, some collection containers have minimally increased in cost in accordance with the Consumer Price Index annual increase.
