Road & Sidewalk Maintenance

Roads within the City of Markham are "owned" by one of five Road Authorities:

In general, roads that extend beyond the City of Markham boundaries (e.g. Woodbine Avenue, 16th Avenue, Highway 7) are not the responsibility of the City of Markham, they fall under the jurisdiction of another authority.
