York Regional Police Hate Crimes Unit 

York Regional Police has a full-time investigative Hate Crimes Unit as well as specialized hate crime investigators across the region.

  • If you witness or have been the victim of a hate crime or hate/bias incident, report it to York Regional Police at 1.866.876.5423.
  • If this is an emergency, call 9.1.1.
  • Hate crime inquiries can be made to the York Regional Police Hate Crimes Unit at hatecrime@yrp.ca.
