Over the Summer 2019, along with our consultants, the Zoning and Special Projects team have continued to refine our working copy of the draft by-law. Staff anticipate sending an Information Report and the Draft By-law to the Development Services Committee (DSC) in the first quarter of 2020. Based on the DSC’s decision, an Open House and Statutory Public Meeting will be also be scheduled for later in the first quarter of 2020 with a final Recommendation Report in mid-2020.
