Applications for the Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments submitted by 10-20 Fincham Inc. to permit fourteen townhouse dwellings within a common element condominium and two freehold semi-dwellings at 10 and 20 Fincham Avenue.

Official Plan amendment, Zoning By-law amendment, Draft Plan of Subdivision, and Site Plan Control applications for 73 Main Street South, submitted by Garden Homes (Markham) Inc.  The applications are in support of a pair of semi-detached dwellings fronting Mill Street, and a 15 unit, three storey, town house development fronting 73 Main Street South.
