The Heintzman House is a beautiful backdrop for social events and banquets – from baby showers, to birthdays and more!
Our Grand Ballroom offers a large space to meet your needs, while the lounges allow your guests to mix and mingle.
What's included:
- Full house or single room rentals are available – both indoors and outdoors
- Ballroom space for approximately 110 guests
- Rooms and lounge spaces for 10 to 12 guests
- Tables and chairs
- Dishes, cutlery, and bar glasses (excluding stemware)
- Modern facilities including air conditioning and WiFi
- Complimentary parking for approximately 50 vehicles
Note: A listing of catering, bar, stemware, and decorations services that you can use for your event is provided. You are welcome to use your own vendors.
