The Procurement Division facilitates the acquisition of  goods and services, and for the City of Markham.

We follow the principles and ethics of:

  • The Supply Chain Management Association
  • The National Institute of Government Purchasing Inc. 

We also follow many bylaws, policies, and regulations. There are strict rules around awarding and executing a contract.
