Building Permit Forms
Effective January 1, 2019 all building permit applications must be submitted online using the ePLAN portal. Paper applications will no longer be accepted. All ePLAN applications must comply with our mandatory Submission Standards. See our ePLAN Steps to Success guide for an explanation of how to use ePLAN for building permit applications.
