You can now create an online Portal profile/account with City of Markham that will provide you access to the City's On-line services that require authentication.
In order to best mange your Portal profile and leverage the Single Sign On features provided, please review the information below.
To sign in to the portal, enter your User ID and Password on the main log in screen and click "Sign In".
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "I can't access my user profile" link located on the main Sign In screen. Once on the access screen, select the corresponding option and follow the steps on the screen to proceed.
Sign in to the portal and click the "View/Edit Personal Information" link under My Profile. You will be taken to a form where you can update your user profile information, including your profile password.
Sign in to the portal and click the "Manage Single Sign-On to Markham Services" link under My Profile.
You will be taken to a form where you can select the service you would like to save your credentials for.
By doing so, you will not be required to sign in separately to those services in the future (i.e. you would only sign in to the Markham portal and be also signed in to those services that you have saved you credentials for).
