Fire Code Inspection and Fire Search Application

The City of Markham is pleased to provide its residents and business owners with the opportunity to apply for request Fire Code Inspections and Fire Code File Search’s. If the request is a Lawyers request or a Mortgage request for either a full fire code inspection or a file search, the applicant must provide the required information on the screens that follow, including applicant contact information, authorization for release and any other supporting documents.

The Fee for a full inspection is $203.50 plus HST
The Fee for a file search is $133 plus HST
