Birthday Party Request Form (Museum)

The Museum provides programmed birthday packages for children ages 3 to 13 (maximum party size of 20 children and 20 adults). Information on programmed packages.

For birthday parties for other ages and/or larger group sizes, you will need a venue rental. You can complete the Birthday Party Request Form online below.
