Property Compliance Report Request

NOTE: On January 31, 2024, Council enacted a new Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2024-19. The new Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2024-19 is subject to appeal . Not all properties within the City are affected by the new Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2024-19. Please click here to determine if your property is affected by this new Zoning By-law. Areas that are greyed out on the attached interactive map are not included in the new Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2024-19. 

All requests for Property Compliance Reports must be submitted through the form below.

The following information is provided with a Building Standards property compliance report.

• Legal Description
• Outstanding Building Code Violations and Work Orders
• Outstanding Building Permit Applications
• Status of Issued Building Permits
• Zoning Designation and By-law Number
  

The fee for the compliance report is $200 and is paid online with the submission of the form below.

When submitting a request for a condominium, please note that the compliance report will include all units within that municipal address. If the request is for multiple units, please only submit one request. Refunds will not be made for multiple requests submitted under the same address but with separate unit numbers.

Note: the Property Compliance Report does not include permitted uses or development standards. Please submit a Zoning Search Request to obtain copies of the permitted uses or development standards for a property.
