You can’t make changes to your pet’s information online. If you need to change pet information, please contact the Contact Center at 905.477.7000 extension 5530.
To renew, you’ll need the Bill Number and Folder Number from your renewal notice. Find these numbers in the top right corner of your renewal form. For more information, see a Sample Pet Renewal Form.
You can make a donation to the Markham Animal Care Services when you apply. We will give you a tax receipt for donations of $25 or more.
Please note pet tags are issued for a lifetime. New tags are not sent upon renewal. If your tag becomes lost, please call 905.477.7000 extension 5530 and a new tag will be sent to you.
