Angus Glen Community Centre & Library

Angus Glen Community Centre and Library is one of Markham’s five major community centres currently serving the needs of our growing and diverse community. Located on Major Mackenzie Avenue East between Warden Avenue and Kennedy Road, this outstanding Centre has two NHL-size arenas each with spectator seating for 450, a swimming pool and a gymnasium. Older Adult Services are offered at this and other City of Markham facilities. For those interested in hosting an event, community meeting, or other function, there is a community hall and meeting rooms of different sizes available for rent. There are also spaces throughout the building perfect for studying, socializing and relaxing including the two-storey library featuring study rooms and a children’s section.
