Keep your kids learning and engaged this summer through the library’s virtual online camps. These week-long camps will meet at the same time each day for 1.5 hours. Campers will gain digital literacy and coding skills through hands-on interactive projects. All materials needed for activities will be provided to campers prior to the camps and can be picked up at any library branch offering curbside services. Staff to camper ratios are kept low to ensure individualized support and engagement.
Camps include:
Young minds discover science, technology, engineering, arts and math through fun hands-on activities based on the Ontario school curriculum. STEAM learning uses children's natural curiosity to foster a positive attitude towards scientific discovery, problem solving and creative play.

Storytelling is one of the oldest forms of communication. In this camp, campers will learn the art of storytelling and why it's important. Campers will gain creative writing and public speaking skills through fun educational activities. At the end of the camp, campers will share their stories at a virtual show for all parents and guardians to attend.
