During this time, all city-owned community centres, arena, pools, fitness centres, indoor soccer domes and sports fields remain closed until further notice. Outdoor in-person programs are cancelled. Virtual programs, community workshops, and fitness options are still available.
Starting Monday, December 14 at 12:01 AM, the City of Markham moved to the GREY- LOCKDOWN Zone in the Province’s Keeping Ontario Safe and Open COVID-19 response framework. All community recreation facilities will be closed and rental permits are unavailable until further notice.
