WINTER AND SUMMER PARKING
Please note: Effective January 1, 2016, failure to comply with the following Parking Regulations will result in the below-noted penalty.

Winter Parking During Snow Clearing/Winter Maintenance
All parking on both sides of all City streets is prohibited during snow clearing operations/Winter maintenance. Existing parking permits and overnight exemptions held by residents are not valid during Winter maintenance. Winter maintenance means all Winter service operations including and not limited to snow clearing, salting, and sanding.
Residents can expect snow clearing to begin at the start of any snowfall and continue for up to the next 24 hours.
Check our Winter Operations webpage to find out when snow clearing/Winter maintenance operations has started and ended. On-street parking can resume in accordance with City parking regulations once Winter maintenance is complete.
Vehicles parked on a city street during Winter maintenance operations will be ticketed and/or towed.
Between November 15 and April 15, and only when snow clearing/Winter maintenance operations are not in effect, vehicles may only be parked on the odd numbered side of City streets, unless posted signs indicate otherwise.
