- Civic Centre Room Booking
Effective December 17, 2025, the Council Chamber, Great Hall, Canada Room and Lower Atrium at the Markham Civic Centre will be reserved exclusively for City business and official City-organized events. These spaces will not be available for public or external bookings.
Alternative City venues remain available for community events and meetings, and staff can assist in identifying suitable options, subject to availability and operational capacity.- Culture Spaces at Flato Markham Theatre, Markham Museum and Varley Art Gallery
The City of Markham's three culture spaces, Flato Markham Theatre, Markham Museum, and Varley Art Gallery, each have unique spaces to rent.
