Robert Davidson Walk for Pulmonary Fibrosis

Robert Davidson founded the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation in 2009, less than two years after his own diagnosis with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and just months before receiving a double-lung transplant. Through his courage and compassion, Robert brought together patients, families, and healthcare professionals across the country, helping many Canadians live as fully as possible despite this devastating disease. Robert passed away on May 1, 2019, at the age of 71. His vision continues to inspire the PF community, and this walk carries forward his commitment to supporting those affected by pulmonary fibrosis.
