Important Notice – Building Standards Service Requests Now Submitted Through ePLAN
Effective immediately, Building Standards service requests have moved from the City website to the ePLAN Portal.
Services such as information requests, certificates, changes to permits, and other non‑application requests must now be submitted online through ePLAN. Email and website form submissions are no longer accepted.
To submit a service request:
- Register for an ePLAN account (if you do not already have one)
- Sign in to the ePLAN Portal
- Select Building Service Request > Submit a Service Request from the left side menu
